Dianna is the vice president for talent & human resources at the foundation. She is responsible for organizational planning and change management, talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and HR operations, with leadership for human resources planning, program development/execution and service delivery excellence. As a member of the executive team, she provides strategic leadership and direction to accomplish the mission of the foundation.
