Jon-Paul is a senior program officer at the foundation. He focuses on young children and their families in the context of community, early care and school. His grantmaking focuses on access to quality early childhood education, system building and public policy. He also leads a national, interdisciplinary team focused on early childhood, employment equity, food systems and health equity.
