Howard is a planning, evaluation and research (PER) officer at the foundation. He designs, leads and supports mission-oriented planning, research and evaluation activities across the foundation. He collaborates with programming executives and officers in content areas and place-based programs. He serves as a credible, articulate representative and spokesperson for programmatic learning and analysis, contributing to the dissemination of insights about WKKF’s work to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, program staff and grantee partners.
