Alana is a program officer in the foundation's priority place of Michigan. She identifies and nurtures opportunities for affecting positive systemic change within communities across the state. She is also responsible for executing programming efforts to further the foundation’s mission, as well as working closely with staff to ensure integration and coordination of efforts. She works alongside grantees and employers to widen pathways to stable, high-quality jobs and to create more equitable employment opportunities.
