The power of community wisdom, leaderful expertise and shared learnings is curated and disseminated throughout the year from WKKF. While not a cumulative list, these examples showcase how fresh ideas, tools and knowledge can spur action by more individuals, leaders, organizations and communities.

The foundation’s Expanding Equity network grew to more than 100 companies that are transforming their workplaces into equitable places of opportunity. There’s no magic formula for how organizations center racial equity. This past year, WKKF shared insights from dozens of WKKF grantees on centering racial equity in organizational structures, practices and operations in Part One and Part Two of a racial equity spotlight series.
