Xiomara is a leadership programs officer at the foundation. She is part of the foundation’s DNA – Leadership Core Team. She provides oversight in designing, developing, coordinating and implementing the engagement strategy for WKKF’s Fellows Network. She works collaboratively to advance WKKF’s vision for its fellows network: to expand, strengthen, sustain, and galvanize interconnections and intra-connections of intergenerational, cross-cultural leaders and WKKF fellows to advance positive change to benefit children, families and communities around the globe.
