“The stark inequities we see today show how much farther we need to travel to advance racial equity so all children, their families and communities can thrive.”

Our founder Will Keith Kellogg established the foundation in 1930 during a global economic crisis. He made his commitment known by saying, “I’ll invest my money in people.” For 90 years, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation has pursued its mission based on his belief that people have the capacity to solve their own problems.

Never has our founder’s confidence in people been more relevant or necessary.

In the midst of a global pandemic that is disproportionately affecting people of color, we’ve reached a critical moment — one that requires us to reimagine the future our children deserve.

If you see a pathway to create a more equitable world, let me introduce you to Racial Equity 2030…

Note: Given the global nature of the challenge, applications must be submitted in English. We acknowledge and understand the barrier this places on those for whom English is not a first language. However, because of the multiple review processes, English was chosen to provide consistency and reduce errors across all entries. We appreciate your accommodation and understanding.
