Caroline is a program officer at the foundation and her work is focused in health equity. She provides leadership and oversight for on-the-ground execution of programming efforts by evaluating grant proposals, conducting background research, preparation of funding documents, grant portfolio monitoring, promoting community connections and providing grantee technical assistance.
